The 2026 Easter Play takes place in West Princes Street Gardens, Edinburgh, EH2 2HG.
The play starts to the left of the Ross bandstand as you look at it from Princes Street. There will be stewards in yellow hi-vis vests to guide you./ Stewarding positions are marked in orange. There are also Access Stewards who are in blule hi-vis vests and they will help wheelchair users and those who need a bit more support to access the play. Just ask anyone to point you in the direction of a steward should you require help or guidance.
The acting areas are marked on the map. There is an Information Tent just beside the Ross Bandstand where you can get help and free Bibles. There is a roving First Aid team. Should you need more care, they will guide you to St John’s Church. The green circle highlights a steep hill on to Prince’s Street.
